I have been meditating on and off for around 10 years now. I have read many books about meditation and attended a number of courses. I have also thought friends and family to help them cope with their daily life stresses, and to transform their life to what they envision.

The meditation I practice is simple. The challenge is in its simplicity. The meditation involves observing oneself; one’s body, thoughts, emotions and energy. As a meditator you have only one simple job to do, watch/observe yourself. You will forget many times. Remember and watch again. Remember and watch again is the rhythm of the meditation. The more you practice it, the better you get at it, like everything in life.

The workout event will be structured like an exercise workout; timed and all. Lots of meditation work and discussing our experience. There will also be pair and group games to have fun with, in addition to art therapy. All this will be done in the middle of life’s hustle and bustle. Where better to practice swimming, then in the depths of the water.
